Pyramed is the connection between the World Federation and the World Institute of Preventive and Regenerative Medicine.

Preventive and Regenerative Medicine will be the two main stream areas of the medicine of future and increasingly regenerative technologies also provide an important scientific basis for preventive concepts and therapies in medicine.

Our vision for the World Institute and the World Federation sees them linked in the shape of a pyramid, thus named “PYRAMED” (Preventive and Regenerative Medicine) having a broad and open basis, representing the federation, and the tip of the pyramid represents the Institute. The Institute has access based upon excellence and real infrastructural dedication to the topic only.

The World Institute will thus represent the most excellent research, development, education, training, therapy and industrial infrastructures in the field worldwide. The Federation in contrast is open to all stakeholders in the field. Horizontal and vertical mobility will ensure a dynamic development. The Institute will perform educational activities, joint research and issue joint degrees with support of the participating universities.
